The singer posted a song for Bappi Lahiri just a few weeks before Kanika Kapoor was found positive for Coronavirus. Soon after that, the singer moved to London.
If you’re not already aware that Coronavirus has been tested positive for Kanika Kapoor, we’d like to know under which rock you’ve been living. The singer Baby Doll confirmed Friday she was diagnosed with Covid-19.
Though several reports have made headlines after her test results, a new development is shedding light on her whereabouts before she flew to London. Legendary music composer Bappi Lahiri announced that before flying to the
UK a couple of weeks ago, the singer had met him. Lahiri revealed Kanika had released a song for him in an interview to Mumbai Mirror.
“The last song she sang before she flew off to London was for me, for the movie Pyaar Mein Thoda Twist,” he confirmed.
Though reports of her harsh attitude making headlines, Bappi considered Kanika “as a well-behaved and trained child.” He said, “I hope she’s getting well soon.
Asked if he had spoken to her after she started her medical condition, Bappi admitted that he did not have the opportunity.
“I haven’t had the opportunity to speak to them, but I hope they’re doing well,” he said. He’ll also be recording a Coronavirus-themed album, the music composer said.
As for Kanika, the last we knew was that on Monday the singer passed the second round of Coronavirus tests. The need for a second check of the singer emerged after her family raised concerns about the first performance.
Her family members stated that Kanika’s age was 28 instead of 41, and labelled her gender “Male,” the first test results. After her return from London, Kanika had come into touch with at least 160 people. The health authorities interviewed 63 people that she knew, and Covid 19 was tested as negative.
