Salman Khan’s Radhe to be stayed ahead making this Eid first in a long time without the release of his film

radhe

If sources are to be believed, Salman Khan’s Radhe looks like: Your Most Wanted Bhai will after all witness a pause and not release during this year’s Eid. This is what we know.

All the businesses have come to a halt despite the current crisis that has come upon us, and while we are grappling with the shutdown of Coronavirus, films have already experienced a delay. Given that theatres and malls are shut in the middle of the lockout, it is most likely that the upcoming films will see delays, particularly those not shot just in time to keep up with the
release date.

And well, if rumours are to be believed, it looks like the film won’t reach the screens on time, as the shoot is not yet complete. A source advised PTI, “Radhe will certainly be moved ahead. We’ve got two songs to record; some repair work is left of about five days or so, we’ve got editing left too. We don’t know when the situation will be normal, and when we are able to shoot
and finish our job.

We are in the same boat as other huge movies scheduled to be released. Soon we’re going to May, and the film was going to be released on Eid, May 22. It’s not like the virus will be fully eradicated within a matter of days or months. What is going to want to go to theatres during these times? There’s a lot of anxiety of not venturing out of homes and
going to theatres to watch a movie and we’ll all have to live with it and get over it.

Okay, if we come to think of it, this will be the first time it Bhaijaan does not have a release on Eid in what can be considered nearly a decade. Salman has last seen co-starring Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover in Bharat and this, after all, is expected to be one of the most awaited movies. The movie was due on April 16 to go on the floors but as of now, the makers have put the shoot on hold.
